SITEA


The creation of Sitea stemmed from an imagination of the future, outer space, and large-scale machinery and industrial equipment. Its letterforms sit between square and round shapes, combining high-contrast strokes with an even, balanced weight. The design moves between industrial roughness, functionalism, and minimalism, while also introducing a fantastical smoothness, a gentle and almost whimsical softness. [At the same time, a quirky, unintentional humor and a certain rawness became essential parts of its character. ]

This typeface includes an extended Lati, covering uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, punctuation, and a wide range of everyday symbols. In addition to the core basic Latin set, it also supports a selection of accented and diacritic Latin characters, enabling broader use across multilingual Western text settings. The character set further includes currency signs, mathematical symbols, quotation marks, and other typographic essentials, offering both functional versatility and flexibility for editorial and display applications.
