18 Craft Beer Mid-Autumn Festival Gift Box

In 1902, Le Voyage dans la Lune (A Trip to the Moon) premiered in Paris. Adapted from Jules Verne’s novel, the film is celebrated as the first science-fiction movie in history, and it marked the first time humanity’s imagination of “landing on the moon” was realized through moving images.

For this Mid-Autumn Festival, KAUKAU follows the astronomers in the film into the moon-dwellers’ giant mushroom caves, reimagining these fantastical “mega-fungi” through the lens of plant morphology. The result is a set of illustrated cards paired with 18 Craft Beer’s Wild Fungus Ale, forming a special Mid-Autumn Limited Gift Box. Together, they bring a touch of whimsical “moonlit dream-talk” to this festive season.
